It's mid-winter here in the high country, the sun is shining most days and those days are getting longer. 

We remain open on weekends only this time of year and get to relax a bit during the week.

Dayton has started making soup on Sundays even though the recession seems to be waning - Dayton's Soup Line Sundays!

We look forward to springtime and the coming of summer - our high season.
